Ben was amazing! I came in with an idea of what I was looking for, but wanted to try out my options in person before just purchasing online. I saw this location was a retailer of the brand I had in mind, so that’s why I went there. Ben was informative, helpful, and friendly all without being pushy. Almost like the perfect salesman you want to have when making such an important purchase, one you’re planning to sleep on for at least the next ten years. Delivery was next day, and very smooth. I fell in love with a mattress I didn’t know existed, and I appreciated Ben’s customer service a lot. He’s passionate about his job and I must say, very good at it. Thanks!

I went to Mattress Firm in Houston on Kirby, and worked with Ben. Ben was wonderful the moment I walked into the store, making me feel welcomed and important. He asked detailed questions which helped him quickly narrow down the best options for me in my price range and also educated me on the different choices. He was kind and patient with my lack of knowledge. He listened very closely and guided me with my best interests in mind. He made sure I understood the policies and warrantees. After the purchase, I called wanting an additional mattress and to change the type of delivery, and he and his colleague were very kind about the change and took care of it quickly. Ben made the process super easy, even with me moving out of state and needing things shipped elsewhere. I am very glad that I went to Mattress Firm. Due to such a good experience, I will return to Mattress Firm if I ever need another mattress— I just wish I was staying in Houston to have Ben help me again!

I came into store and was immediately greeted by Medley. He kindly showed me around and helped me find the perfect mattress. I liked his knowledge, honesty, and recommendations. Then I met Ben who helped with my financing. They have so many packages to fit your budget. I liked their teamwork. Both were extremely friendly and helpful. With the economy being tight they made it easy for me to want to spend my money. I really appreciate my experience. I will recommend you visit them if you need me bedding.

Ben was was amazing. Spent tons of time educating me and helping me go through different types of mattresses. You can tell he knows his way around this product and takes pride when matching people with their perfect new bed
