I have recently purchased my office furniture from urban furniture and absolutely love it!!! The quality speaks for itself. My sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and assisted me with making the right decision and helped me with my theme. Excellent communication skills and delivery was done in a timely manner. My delivery guy Alfredo was quick in assembly! Happy customer ☺️

The exceptional customer service began when I entered the showroom on Hilcroft and was greeted by Sophia. Sophia's calm demeanor coupled with expertise and professionalism was a warm welcome. When I entered the showroom I knew which items I wanted to purchase, however I wanted to view the items in person to assess the quality. These Turkish pieces are absolutely gorgeous! Sophia provided education on the type of wood and the craftsmanship of these pieces. The sofa and bed are solid and heavy and I am excited to begin designing the house. The items were purchased Dec 19. Malik and Alfredo delivered and assembled the items on Dec. 23. Both gentlemen were professional, courteous, kind and efficient. I will definitely purchase additional items from Sophia and have already recommended Urban Furniture to about 7 people with each of them astonished at the price point for such quality. From the start of the process and dealing with social associate till the end with the delivery team was very smooth and affordable I purchased a Turkish living room set matches perfectly with the room decor that I needed and I couldn’t be happier. Sophia is truly a gem! She has gone above and beyond to assist in decorating my new townhome from start to finish! At Urban I feel like I am shopping with a friend! I won't buy my furniture from anywhere else going forward! Don't second guess buying from here!
