The very best customer service from the first phone conversation with Stacey showing compassionate care and concern about my needs, and pointing me to other Mattress Firm locations to try out different models. I came back to Galleria store to meet with Stacey in person and make the purchase. Stacey was thorough and professional as well as courteous and attentive to others while finalizing my purchase!
