Mattress Firm Midlothian and North Courthouse

We have been due for a new mattress for too long now and finally decided to bite the bullet! Patricia helped us test out multiple different mattresses in our budget and find the best price. She even stayed late to answer some of our questions before we went home to do our research and come back the next day with our decision. Would definitely buy here again!

2/23/2026 Bob was great, took his time with us listened and understood our needs. Closing the deal was quick and easy. 2/26/2026 Dropped to 1 star because it was supposed to be delivered today, after I called for status, was told best they could now do is Saturday. Not happy and my wife is ready to cancel the order. I did receive initial tracking information, but they claim the order didn't go through the system properly.

My experience at this store location was delightful! Bob is the go to here! He took his time showing me various mattresses, and he patiently answered all my questions. To say Bob was knowledgeable is a vast understatement! He was sooo helpful. I purchased a Serta "Perfect Sleeper, Sleep Excellence" mattress after Bob sold me on its many merits. I fell in love with this mattress! :) lol. But the quality of ALL the mattresses in this store is unsurpassed. And the pricing? Very reasonable! You can't go wrong here! I have experienced some lower back pain lately, and Bob knew exactly which mattresses to show me. I laid on several to "try them out." Well, I appreciated them all; and I really liked two or three, but I LOVED the first one that Bob showed me! Not only did it offer just the right degree of firmness for me, it was super comfy! I look forward to sleeping on this mattress at home, once its delivered soon. I know it's gonna be amazing!

We were very impressed with this mattress store, having visited other places that day. Professional, friendly, and forthright. We will definitely return when we need another good mattress.
