We had a great experience at Mattress Firm! We purchased both a bed and a pillow, and the sales representative Mitchell was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. There was no pressure at all, just honest guidance and thoughtful recommendations based on what we actually needed. Mitchell took the time to answer our questions and made sure we were comfortable with our choices. We left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great service and a stress-free buying experience!
View on GoogleWhen we walked in to buy a king size mattress and a queen size mattress for our guest bedrooms, it was amazing that he just pulled mattresses from the side carrier laid it down. Let us lay on it. It was what a great experience this was and now within budget, they’ll be delivered Tuesday. I am so grateful for this Store. The gentleman that helped us and was very knowledgeable is Joshua Thank you, Joshua
View on GoogleWe visited the winterpock store August 23, 2024 and $2400 later we had purchased the Sleepys Adjustable base king prime. Delivery and set up was relatively simple. However after several months we encountered an issue, I contacted the store and never received a callback. Unfortunately I dropped the ball. Since that time the hydraulic pump used to elevate the head of bed will not hold up and you can hear the bed going down. We currently hv a wedge at head just to keep bed elevated. 7/20/2026 go to store , associate said this was a new one on him and appears this $2000 base warranty is only good for 1 year. Too bad for me, but i cannot recommend this product as I believe it is inferior or either the salesrep sold us the wrong mattress for this base.
View on GoogleMitchell, our sales associate, was incredibly knowledgable and helpful during our recent purchase of mattress and adjustable base bed frame. He struck a perfect balance between being present enough to answer any and all questions we had but also gave us plenty of space to test out mattresses on our own and did not use any high pressure sales tactics or hover. Honestly really great experience, and well recommend anyone we know in future looking to purchase a new mattress go visit this location.
View on GoogleGreat Memorial Day Sale. Very clean and organized store. Had a lot of mattress to try. The sales manager was very informative but not pushy. No charge for delivery which is fabulous! Very pleasant experience.
