We had a great experience! Joe was absolutely excellent from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer every question we had. We never felt pressured or rushed into buying anything, which we really appreciated.
We were shopping for two full-size mattresses for our boys, and Joe helped us find exactly what we needed at a great price. His customer service was outstanding, and he made the whole process easy and stress-free.
I can't say enough good things about the service we received. If you're looking for a new mattress, I highly recommend asking for Joe. We'll definitely be back!

Super helpful, super kind, very smooth process. Joe is the man! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and had all the answers. He answered all questions before i could even ask them. He was very timely in answering emailed questions! His customer service has gotta be top 2 in the industry, and he ain’t #2. Even if my bed has any issues down the line, I don’t even have to worry knowing my guy Joe is going to take care of us with all warranty help and guidance. Mattress Firm has a hidden gem, and it’s my guy Joe.

I had the greatest experience at this store. SAMER was the Sleep Expert that assisted me. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He and a co worker went over and beyond researching and making calls to locate merchandise. SAMER was pleasant and did not pressure me. He answered all my questions. He handled the sell and delivery info also. I would shop this store again and highly recommend to others. SAMER gets thumbs up from me. I left extremely satisfied and a happy camper. I had a fantastic experience at Mattress Firm in Midlothian during the Black Friday sale, thanks to Courtney, a kind and helpful salesperson. She was warm and welcoming, and dedicated to helping me find the right mattress and adjustable base to help ease chronic pain.
Courtney put together a custom outlet package that was perfect for my needs. I ended up spending more than I'd planned, but an awesome Black Friday deal made it worth it. I appreciated that she was never pushy, just genuinely focused on figuring out what would work best for me.
While there were a few communication issues with the warehouse about delivery scheduling, Courtney stayed on top of everything and kept me updated.
The delivery team, Renee and Carlos, was great too, setting up everything quickly and carefully. I’m so glad I decided to stop into the Midlothian store Thanksgiving weekend, and I truly appreciate all of Courtney's help in making this purchase possible!
