Mattress Firm Dallas Mansfield

Jesus is the Best! Extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses. He hade try out 5 other mattresses than the 1 I had come in to try out. He was very relaxed in letting me take my time on each bed and ask questions. I ended up getting the extra firm pillow top Dream Cloud. I am so excited to get this Sunday. Thanks Jesus!!

Great experience working with Jesus. He understood that purchasing a mattress is an important decision and not an impulse buy. I appreciated his knowledgeable approach and the fact that he gave us the information we needed without being pushy. He made the entire process comfortable and stress-free.

I want to give a huge thank you to Tony Martinez for the outstanding customer service and incredible experience. From the very beginning, Tony was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect mattress setup for our family. What really stood out was how much he supports First Responders. He went above and beyond to make sure we received an amazing deal, and you can tell he truly appreciates the work First Responders do. It’s rare to find someone who treats customers with that level of respect, honesty, and patience. If you’re looking for someone who will take care of you, explain everything thoroughly, and work hard to get you the best possible deal, Tony is your guy. A true multi-million dollar writer for a reason — excellent service, no pressure, and an overall top-tier experience. Thank you again, Tony! We truly appreciate everything you did for us.

I called Mattress Firm yesterday and spoke with Randy about what I needed and later visited the store. When I arrived, Randy showed me the mattress we talked about and I decided to make the purchase. Randy’s service was exceptional! He was friendly and thorough and thanked me for being a repeat customer. Robert was sitting next to him, and he was also very friendly and kind. I was telling my mom about my experience and apparently Robert helped her with a bed frame purchase recently and she was also very happy with his service. Overall, the process was great and I will be a customer for many years to come! Thank you both for being so welcoming and providing excellent service! Jenni, Emma and Laurie

Absolutely impressed! Randy knows his product.. let me tell you! I’ve never slept better, seriously! Mattress Matcher + Randy’s knowledge took the guess work out of “Finding the One” and EVEN BETTER, he made checkout simple! I was able to purchase the bed that met all my needs with their 0% interest finance, which made my mattress and adjustable base very affordable for me. Thank you so much Randy. My back pain is gone! Who knew the right mattress could make such a difference! They really mean it when they say Sleep Well to Live Well! I’m doing both now thanks to Randy!
