Sleep Number

Around a month ago I went to this store to try out the mattresses. Dedrick the manager was very helpful and explained the differences, he even helped me pick a clearance mattress from the website that was similar to what I needed. I ended up completing the order online and the online customer service team was really difficult to work with. Dedrick stepped in checking on the order for me and assisting with all steps to ensure my mattress got delivered. It arrived a couple weeks ago and I’m really happy with how comfortable it is. My only suggestion is to order directly from the store from the beginning, it’ll save you time and hassle.

We’ve had a Sleep Number bed for over five years and love it. We decided to buy another bed and went to this location. The reps are really kind and patient- not pushy at all. We had some bumps with delivery but the store manger and our rep did everything they could to help fix and make up for it. We ended up with the Climate 360, flex top and adjustable. Love it! Highly recommend.

Look at your reviews, this store has deceptive business practices and we weren't supplied with the receipt until delivery. Is this why you don't give the receipt until after the delivery so you can trick/force people into not being able to return? The salespeople are not transparent nor is the company Sleep Number. They don't have a 100% 90 day sleep trial on the mattress & base and did not divulge that at the time of sale. We just called in and they stated we can return the mattress but can eat a $2,800.00 base that is worthless with any other mattress. Buyer beware and go elsewhere. They just told my wife this statement of not being able to return the base is on the back of the receipt, why not on the front? We didn't get the complete receipt until delivery. Deceptive business practices.

Absolutely disrespectful, I called to ask if they were open, she said yes, as I’m walking in lady is already accusing me of robbery, threating to call the cops, I left and never came back, whoever is the female who works there needs to be fired immediately! I will keep fighting till this female is dismissed from the job Look at the smirk on her face! Thinking she funny
