Mattress Firm Midtown Village

I’ve been shopping for months on and offline! There are so many different brands and qualities of mattresses yet, Allison provided great customer service and was very knowledgeable about the qualities and pros and cons of each mattress. She took the stress of finding the right mattress, for the right price, away from me. 10/10 would recommend.

Went to look at mattresses. The salesman was attentive, efficient and helpful. Great selection at this location, prices were higher than I expected and the one we selected was, of course, not in stock at this store or in their warehouse. Delivery options were limited and left me wanting more. Overall, if you need a mattress and are willing to pay extra, they might have what you're looking for. The salesperson was very accommodating and processed our transaction quickly while also being friendly, he is a asset to your company.

Was looking to buy a certain mattress same day. Called around & couldn't find it. Was called back by Norman, the Mgr at Midtown Village store & he had found what I wanted, but ended up showing me a better one that we drove to pickup the same day. His level of customer service is not seen these days. Have had a great nights sleep for a month & very happy overall. Thanks again!!

I had a great experience! Norman, the sales manager, was very knowledgeable, polite, and answered all of our questions. I got a California king mattress at a great price. Loving the mattress! I highly recommend going there if you need a mattress.

We had a great experience at Mattress Firm, especially from the gentleman who helped us, Patrick. He was very pleasant, informative, and one of the calmest and nicest sales people I've ever run into. In addition, he helped us save some money in our search. If we need another mattress for any reason, we'll be looking for Patrick, he's that good.
