Mancini's Sleepworld Milpitas

I needed to go to 2 Mancini stores to try out the bed ultimately purchased. The 3 salespeople I interacted with were superiorly professional. I didn’t feel like I was in a car dealer-high pressure situation. I got new information about sleep techniques that I had not heard before. I also got personal experience information from the salespeople that made them more credible. I would recommend future mattress system buyers go to Mancini’s in San Jose(Valley Fair) and Milpitas.

I was fortunate to have their top Mattress Specialist, George Briones, assist me in choosing a mattress. We discussed my criteria for a mattress and budget. I was shown 5 mattresses. George kindly answered all my questions. I left the store quite happy with my choice of purchase.

Days before Christmas we dropped in at Mancini's Milpitas to familiarize ourselves and try out different mattresses. We were assisted by Vanessa, the store manager. She did an outstanding job introducing different mattresses without any sales pressure. With her assistance we were able to zero in on two different manufactures and mattresses, but decided not to do an immediate purchase - we wanted to come back to do a second evaluation to see if the two choices were still our preferred choice. We returned a few days after Christmas. We went to try out the two mattresses we had previously zeroed in on. To our surprise we did not experience a great difference over our existing mattress, but stumbled upon adjustable platforms. We were assisted by Vanessa and once again, she did an outstanding job and not an ounce of sales pressure. She listen to our concerns, patiently answered our many new questions, showed us different platforms and explained the features and differences, and then was able to guide us into a top Mancini adjustable base (Ergomotion Washington) at a great price. We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Vanessa and would highly recommend her, and the Milpitas store, to friends and family. Last evening we were contacted by Mancini's delivery department advising us on the delivery time window, and the team showed up this afternoon ahead of the scheduled time - awesome! The delivery crew was polite and very professional. They got the adjustable base set up in under 1 hour, took away all the boxes and wrapping. We are now looking forward to get the best sleep in a long time. Thank you to Vanessa, George, John T. and the delivery crew... :)

I had a fantastic experience at Mancini’s! Vanessa and George went above and beyond to rescue me from a bad mattress purchase I had made at another store. Their customer service was outstanding. Vanessa was incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable and I left feeling well taken care of. Highly recommend Mancini’s, and huge thanks to Vanessa and George!

I visited Mancini’s and had a great experience. Their staff was very knowledgeable and had excellent customer service. They were very patient with me, showing me around the store and I ultimately decided to make a purchased because they had excellent products to choose from, great prices, and excellent customer service.
