Slumberland Furniture

Our experience at this store was unexpected. The salesman, Tim King, was knowledgeable, worked to find the best discounts, & did not pressure us to buy. As a result, we found what we needed & purchased it from him. Also, kudos to Slumberland for making our purchase seamless & a one stop shop. We had just left Hom Furniture where we found a mattress we liked but they would not take away our old metal frame along with the old mattress. However, Slumberland does do this for a modest fee & when we found that out, it sealed the deal for us.

Tim K made our purchase very easy! No pressure sales! Very efficient and has a lot of experience! Thank you we are very happy with our purchase of a couch and matching chair!

Thanks to 'Fox' our salesman @ Slumberland.Ridgedale we purchased two stationary chairs for our living room. We appreciated his non-pushy approach to waiting on us in the store! My wife and I ordered said chairs with a different fabric. We were pleased with the price, fabric insurance, and delivery arrangements. Slumberland will remove the two chairs we already have, as well. All and all; a pleasant buying experience.

Kane was awesome! He was working with another customer and me so he was jumping back and forth between us. So staffing needs may need to be addressed. He was very good answering my question. So much so that o bought a sofa and a recliner to the tune of $2,400 today..

So far, so good! Tim provided excellent service, searching high and low for what I needed. He was very patient. And spent the time to explain the options for the bed frame, couch and mattress. Thank you for making it a positive experience!
