Mattress Firm Monroe

I had a great experience at the Mattress Firm location in Monroe, NY. Nick, the salesperson who assisted me, was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to understand what I needed, explained the differences between the various mattresses, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. What truly stood out was how attentive Nick was after the purchase. He consistently followed up with me leading up to my delivery, making sure everything was on track and that I felt prepared. Even after the mattress arrived, he stayed connected to ensure that I was satisfied with both the product and my overall experience. Thanks to his knowledge, patience, and genuine care for customer satisfaction, I left feeling confident in my purchase. If you’re looking for a new mattress and want someone who goes above and beyond, I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Nick.

Nick was very knowledgeable with helping us make a mattress selection, Gary was also very helpful with the ordering process! Very pleasant people to work with. We were so happy to give them our business rather than ordering directly from tempur pedic. 10/10 would recommend. So many more incentives to order thru here rather than tempur pedic for the exact same mattress. Great pricing, fast delivery, exceptional customer service! Thank you both! You guys & this new bed saved our marriage lol

With Memorial Day sales on mattresses coming up we decided to shop at multiple locations . Our first stop was Mattress firm. We were greeted by Nick at the Monroe NY location. I told him I don’t like pressure salesmen. He said ok. Let me know what you want and I will show you what we have. My experience with Nick was beyond professional. He listened to what we were looking for and did not try to upsell us. In turn we got a fantastic price and product. Our first stop was our last. I highly recommend Nick as a salesman and mattress firm in Monroe NY

Went in just browsing pillows. But we have been talking about a mattress. Andrew was there and although he had multiple customers he gave us the attention we needed. Very informative and not pushy at all. We left with mattress ordered and pillows as well and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Give that man a raise!
