Mattress Firm Nanuet

CHRIS, the assistant manager, is awesome. I bought a mattess that wasn't right tor me at another location and was unhappy. Chris was able to locate my old mattress name from.7 years ago ( which i loved) and showed me options that were similar. He knew exactly what I was looking for with respect to comfort and quality. I am hopefully the 2nd mattress is 100% and know it will be. Chris make the process so easy Go to the Nanuet location and see Chris!

Charlie somehow made mattress shopping actually enjoyable, which I didn’t think was possible. He’s personable, knowledgeable, and funny—just good people. He really takes the time to understand what you need and helps you find the right mattress, not just the most expensive one. And the snack station… yes, it’s a thing. Fully stocked—even kosher snacks… gluten-free next? He gets it. Bonus: fast, next-day delivery made everything that much easier. Such a great, easy experience. Highly recommend!

I had such an easy experience mattress shopping today. I called the store to make sure they had options in the size I wanted. They assured me that they did and I could leave the store with them. Same day I went in, the representative remembered me from the phone call. He showed me the options and I left with a mattress in a box within 10 minutes. This mattress was for my kid, but I look forward to buying a new proper mattress for myself in a year or two. Leesa and Casper kill my back. I tried some harder options in the store today and those will be much better for my ripe old age (33).
