Paul has helped me in the store twice. The first time we were just browsing and seeing what we liked. He greeted us and let us shop around but was readily available to answer any questions we had when we were ready. I later revisited the store when we were ready to make the purchase, I was greeted again. The purchase process was quick and simple. We also really enjoyed having the variety of mattresses in stores that we were able to try before making our final decision.

Andrew was extremely helpful. Went in there looking for a certain bed from their website, ended up getting a far better one with adjustable base. Looking forward to getting a good night's sleep. Only bad thing is they have very limited stock at the store, so its basically just find a mattress you like then wait for it to be delivered in a few days.

We had an excellent experience. We purchased a new bed from Mattress Firm for our special needs son. He sometimes has difficulty making decisions. The salesman was very patient and kind as our son slowly tried the different mattresses and narrowed his choices to 2. Then we went elsewhere and tried more beds. When we came back to the store to make the purchase, more patience was required and displayed. We purchased the set our son chose. Now we are hoping the manufacturer is at least as good as the salesman.

Customer service went above and beyond with helping me fix a mistake I made! Paul and Andrew were so kind and helpful! Definitely will be back when we need another mattress/frame.

We visited this location intending to purchase a Tempur-Pedic mattress. While the salesperson was sometimes personable, the overall experience raised concerns that I think other customers should be aware of. We were told verbally that the mattress qualified for “no interest” financing. Before signing, we carefully reviewed the written financing disclosure and realized that the terms did not reflect true 0% APR financing. Because the written terms differed from how the financing was described verbally, we chose not to proceed and walked out. Additionally, we were told that the sale timing was uncertain and “up to Tempur-Pedic,” implying urgency. After returning home, we found the exact sale dates clearly listed on Tempur-Pedic’s website, which made that pressure feel unnecessary. Unfortunately, our credit had already been run at that point. I don’t believe this was intentional deception, but rather a lack of clarity around financing combined with sales pressure. I strongly recommend that customers ask to review written financing terms before consenting to a credit check, and not rely solely on verbal explanations. Greater transparency upfront would have prevented this situation.
