Unbelievably helpful, knowledgeable, and no pressure. I was going to go to other stores but as I walked in a couple told me they'd been all over and this was the place to buy. So I did! Simon and Elton really took care of me. Can't recommend them enough!
View on GoogleBy far the best sales experience I've had recently, while mattress shopping. Dylan explained details accurately, and ultimately narrowed down our options. He then gave us extra time in the showroom to decide. I would definitely recommend him and this location. Other vendors seemed to try to upsell us, or pass us off to "finance" staff. Well done!
View on GoogleAlthough we haven't received our mattress yet, Simon was laid back yet very well informed about the products in his store. He was patient with us and helped us come to the right decision on what was best for us. Very impressive customer service and highly recommend working with him, specifically.
View on GoogleI had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm Ypsilanti. Dylan was my sales person and walked me through the process of choosing a mattress and adjustable base. After telling Dylan what I was looking for in a mattress he showed me a variety of mattress’s according to my needs. Dylan never pressured me. If I didn’t like a mattress he showed me another until found the perfect mattress. Dylan wrote up the sale adjusting the price according to the sales~a big savings! I can not say enough about Dylan’s knowledge of his profession.
View on GoogleSimon was amazing! I had a lot of questions and was unsure of how to proceed and within like 30 minutes I had bought a mattress and organized its delivery and all very affordably! Simon was friendly, prompt, and went WELL above and beyond to help us get the best mattress for the lowest price. I recommend this location of Mattress Firm to anyone and everyone!
