I walked into your store and started looking around. Your salesmen Paul was so helpful I told him I wanted a recliner that didn’t rock and needed firm arm rests so it was easier for me to get out of. Paul showed me a few choices and found me exactly what I wanted. The entire experience took less than an hour. Great place to shop and great people.

The best experience I've had at a furniture store! My sales representative Jessica was extremely helpful and and personalized my shopping experience just for me. She allowed me space to explore, but was always available to answer all of my many questions. I was very relaxed and did not feel pressured in the slightest. Jessica even helped me pick out a few accessories that were 80% off. Such a a sweet touch that made me feel catered to. The furniture selection was extensive and they do help with trying to locate an item for you at another store if needed. They also have many options catering to any price point. This was my first time at this location and I will be back again in the future. Thanks Jessica!

Updated below..Was a very pleasant visit, no pressure applied at all. Juan the store manager was very informative and answered my questions and was able to address my concerns. Took time to explain everything. Also it was a quick painless checkout!! Again no pressure or guilt was added. Loved the experience. I sure hope it doesn't come damaged cause I didn't read the other reviews before I purchased. Id rather have a rough buying process instead of a bad delivery damaged no help after. I'll update after Friday when delivered! Update: they delayed my furniture a full week.....a full week. Supposed to be here tomorrow I'll update the delivery process tomorrow 1/21/26

Im very pleased with my very first experience at Ashley, Daniel Robertson was fantastic! He helped me get the mattress that was just right for my husband and I, he was very patient with me and did not pressure me at all, and he made sure I got what I wanted and needed in our price range, he explained everything great and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family! And the man in the front that checked me out was fantastic as well, im sorry I forgot his name. Thank you to everyone at Ashley that made my first experience awesome!

Daniel was nothing short of amazing! He’s a pretty cool guy! He answered any and ALL questions my husband and I had. He’s very knowledgeable and detailed and fun to work with! Thank you for all your help!
