Mattress Firm Sugarhouse

Had a great experience at Mattress Firm and our sleep expert Foster was super helpful and polite! Got a king bed with a frame all in with tax for only $540 plus free delivery. Shopped around at several other mattress and furniture stores and the best price we could find for the same type of bed was ~$1,000. If you’re looking for a mattress, do yourself a favor and go to Mattress Firm in Sugarhouse as they will take great care of you.

Tried a bunch of mattresses in the store, my wife and I picked out a really soft one. Not sure if it was a manufacturing error but what we received was a slab of concrete. Been weeks of trying to break it in to no avail and the store was unwilling to waive the restocking fee to get us into a mattress that more closely aligns with what we tried in the store. Essentially we tried a product we loved and received a totally different quality product and they won’t stand by it.

Foster in Sugarhouse was so helpful! I visited twice before I made my purchases. The first time was to price my items out and the second time I kinda flaked on him as we had a little snafu on our property. But when I showed up the third time he knew me and the products I was interested in purchasing. Haven’t gotten my mattresses yet so I’ll reserve my opinion on the product but highly recommend Foster for his attention!

Dayne was a great listener & was able to understand the unique needs of our bed purchase. He took time to hear our concern’s & made suggestions accordingly. We’re waiting for our mattress to be delivered, but as for the sales experience it was terrific with no pressure.
