TJ went above and beyond to assist us, communication was always prompt, and her customer service is refreshing and exemplary. She made the entire process so smooth! Do NOT buy mattresses from this company. Absolute waste of money. My husband and I spent $1500 on a mattress less than a year ago. We only slept on it for FOUR months, and the cover ripped in TWO different places. I filed a warranty claim expecting at least a decent response—and instead, I got a cold, generic email telling me the 10-year warranty doesn’t cover ripped covers. No phone call. No follow-up. No concern for customer satisfaction. Just a brush-off. So what exactly does this so-called “warranty” cover? Because clearly not the most basic quality issue. I expected a $1500 mattress to last YEARS, not fall apart in a few months. Completely unacceptable. This company clearly doesn’t stand behind its products or care about its customers. Save your money and take your business somewhere else.

Tanaka did an excellent job. She was a wealth of information. I asked did she attend mattress School she had a ot of pertinent info. Extremely professional. Thank you as a company for having great people working for you. Plus your prices are great !

had a wonderful experience in the store. They done an excellent job but I am very disappointed in the mattress I’ve dropped about $2500. Also got the free adjustable headboard frame tried to contact someone with Warranty of department, which did not work well in my favor with these so-called warranties, which most Companies do not stand behind It is obvious with the frame that’s supposed to raise your head up does not work well with that type of mattress with the up and down it have made the mattress collapse on One side of the mattress. Also, the mattress protection did not live up to it responsibility overtime it begin to this rip yes it was washed on gentle washed put in a net to protect it from getting damaged but the killer flaw they say if if there is one stain on your mattress, avoid the warranty So thanks for nothing.

Derrick was the Rep working at the time and he was great. Helped me and my GF figure out how firm/soft we wanted her new mattress and found us a GREAT deal on a higher end mattress in the size we needed. The whole process was quick/easy!
