It is worth it to purchase directly from the store instead of online! We went in twice and both times we were impressed with how knowledgeable the staff were. We ended up making a last-minute decision and Jenny went above and beyond to get us the best deal. She went out of her way to reach us at home to make sure we were able to catch a sale price before it ended. We knew she was swamped at the store yet she found a way to help us out. Thank you!

We had an idea of what we wanted already when we arrived at the store, and Tai was super helpful in answering our final questions and getting us in and out very quickly! He was funny, informative, and was able to price match something for me which made me feel even better about my purchase. Super cool guy!

From the moment my husband and I entered the store to the delivery of our new mattress and adjustable base, the service could not be any better. Jennie was our sleep expert and she gave us a comprehensive overview of the mattresses after we told her what we were looking for. When the mattress was delivered the next day, the remote for the adjustable base was not working. We immediately called the store and Angel (Jennie was off that day) told us to come in and he would swap remotes. Also, the delivery men were with Global were amazing. They were careful when delivering and adjusted the base to a perfect height. I would definitely recommend this location and Mattress Firm if you are in the market for a new mattress.

Have not received the mattress yet but the in-store experience with Jennifer was great. She is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. If the mattress is half as good as Jennifer’s guidance, I’m sure I will maintain this 5-star rating.

We had an excellent experience working with Tai to select two new mattresses and platform needed in conjunction with a cross country move. He was very informative, patient, and friendly as we tried numerous options. His colleague was also very helpful in finding the platform we wanted which initially appeared to be unavailable.
