Outstanding Service at Mattress Firm Westport! My experience at Mattress Firm in Westport, Connecticut was exceptional. We purchased a Tempur-Pedic LuxeAdapt 13" Medium Hybrid mattress with the base, and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable thanks to the Assistant Manager, Deontae. He was absolutely fabulous in every way, knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and fully engaged throughout our visit. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood every detail before making our decision. His professionalism and customer-focused approach truly set him apart. I honestly wish every store had a “Deontae.” Thank you again for the outstanding help and for making our purchase experience so easy and confident. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleWent in without a specific mattress in mind, just to try out a few as preliminary research but ended up getting one on the spot thanks to Deontae’s expertise. He was really knowledgeable and was able to narrow down to a few candidates that fit all our criteria. After trying them out, ended up with the one that he personally owns which gave us more confidence to go ahead with the purchase. He’s really nice and knowledgable so highly recommend this location if you are looking to purchase a mattress.

He then directed me to the best choices based on our conversation. I felt he was honest, knowledgeable, and helpful in getting me the quality I wanted within my budget. Thank you again, Deontae!
View on GoogleDeontae was amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very informative. All our options were presented to us and he really helped us to find the perfect mattress. We never felt rushed, he was very generous with his time and we truly appreciated that. Buying a mattress is a big decision and you don’t want to feel rushed making a decision about where you will be sleeping the next 8 plus years on top of making an expensive purchase. I Highly recommend Mattress Firm but especially Deontae.
View on GoogleI had a great experience working with Deontae at Mattress Firm. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the differences between the options without ever making us feel pressured or rushed. He answered all of our questions patiently and made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. It was clear he genuinely wanted to help us find the right fit rather than just make a sale. Highly recommend asking for Deontae if you’re shopping there!
