Daniel was excellent and provided truly top-notch service. We live in Stamford but drove to Greenwich because we heard the selection was better and more extensive. That was absolutely true. What we didn’t expect was the exceptional level of service we received. After nearly 120 nights with our Tempur-Pedic, we decided to exchange it for a different model. Daniel took his time walking us through several alternatives, making sure we paired each mattress with the right pillow. He clearly explained the pros and cons, never upsold, and never pressured us to spend more than we wanted. On top of all that, he’s a genuinely nice, down-to-earth guy. If you’re in the market for a new mattress, this is the store to visit and make sure to ask for Daniel.
