Sandra Holness in the Norwalk, CT store made our shopping experience very enjoyable. She showed us all of the inventory of their recliners and was very helpful, cheerful and really brought back customer service that hardly exists anymore. I would definitely recommend asking for her help in the Norwalk Store.

Never tell this store that you have a credit. They will treat you like second class citizens who have no money. We were greeted by David who was thrilled to show us the showroom of leather couches, walked us around told us about their option… until we let him know we were there with a credit. He then stopped everything he was doing and asked us if we had an appointment, to which we stated we did not, and became adamant that we speak to his manager, Oscar, as he could no longer service us. After about 5 minutes, Oscar came and barely greeted us, rather just pointed to a couple of couches and stated we could check upstairs for any more that might match our need. Oscar, nor any other staff member provided us with customer service. Nothing regarding their selections, prices, configuration, or the likes simply because we were using a credit. What if the couch we selected superseded the credit, the company could have gotten the excessive money and profited from the sale. Rather they would prefer to loss a sale than provide excellence in customer service, because they are about commission and not dedicated to providing an enjoyable experience for ALL customers. Save your money and go to Lovesac, Ashley’s or Costco. Incredibly disappointing. Oscar do better and train your staff to always close the sale no matter if they have a credit or not.
