Mattress Firm Novato

Janey was helpful in more ways than I expected. Professional all the way. I expected a difficult time with a warranty exchange, but the experience was quite pleasant. Would definitely recommend the Novato mattress firm store. Scott walked me through the process and it went as smooth as he said it would. The delivery team was a 10 out of 10 in my opinion. On time courteous and efficient.

My top choice for a mattress was a little pricier than what I wanted to pay. Janey found a good deal on the previous year's model and ordered that for me from their warehouse. Happy with the experience.

I really thought I was just going to gather information and test some beds. Herman was so informative and able to determine what would suit my needs that I was able to make a choice and feel good about my decision. He searched other sites to confirm that they had the same or lower price. With the 120 day trial I will get a refund if they lower the price within that period. It doesn’t get better than that. It was a lot easier than I was expecting.

My wife and I had an excellent experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Herman. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences between each mattress without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. He listened to what we needed, answered all our questions, and helped us find the perfect mattress for our home. Herman provided top-notch customer service from start to finish. We truly appreciated his professionalism and expertise, and we left feeling confident about our purchase. Highly recommend asking for Herman if you’re shopping here—he made the whole process smooth and stress-free!

Hermon was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. We came in unsure which brand, price point and type of mattress to look for and he walked us through the process with ease, no pressure (great mattress pun). We left after purchasing a mattress we are going to love with the peace of mind knowing that we didn’t need to shop any further.
