Mattress Firm Hilltop

This is my favorite place to shop for mattresses. Today I went looking for a bigger mattress and wasn’t expecting to really purchase anything but wanted to see what was available and get an estimate of what I would be paying to purchase a bigger mattress. I had loved what I purchased 3 years ago and was looking into getting the same mattress but bigger. Russell welcomed me and my brother when we entered the store. He helped me look at what I had purchased and was able to show me a mattress of the same quality but cheaper. He also told me about bed frames and showed ones that elevate your head and feet. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase anything. However there were so many good deals. The process didn’t take long at all. Russell was really welcoming, gracious and patient. I will continue to keep purchasing from this store.

I think everyone dreads looking for a mattress when the time comes, but Kashif made this process simple and was very nice throughout the whole process! Kashif made sure we were happy and satisfied with the mattress even AFTER it was delivered. I would definitely come back and would recommend others to this store. Thanks again Kashif!!!

First of all, Angie is a GD delight. It was actually a super fun experience trying out mattresses? I didn’t expect that haha. But best of all, we found something that works for two people who both live with chronic pain but have different needs. I was honestly thinking we should push two different beds together. So this was a great experience, and we’re so excited that we’re going to get some good sleep and no longer wake up in pain. Angie was so knowledgeable about how to address our needs. Her knowledge and expertise were incredible and then she’s hilarious and kind and super warm and welcoming. All the stars, we love you, girl!

Russell helped us have a seamless experience - from choosing a new mattress to check out. He was upfront and knowledgeable about the products. Can’t wait to enjoy our new king size.

Went into Mattress Firm in San Pablo because our old mattress had officially given up on life. We were “just looking.” Then Angie happened. She walked us through everything, let us try a bunch of mattresses, and somehow made buying a bed way more easy than it should be. Next thing we know we’re walking out with a Tempur-Pedic California King that costs more than my car. Do I regret it? Absolutely not. Bed was delivered next day and im looking forward to the best sleep of my life.
