Great experience at the Novato store! We did not expect shopping for a mattress and bed platform would be so easy. Steve was really great and gave us all kinds of information. He totally understood what we were looking for and made the entire experience easy and pleasurable.

At times in a mattress shop I feel a little bit, pushed by sales people, but this time in San Rafael as well as a Novato the sales people were just wonderful. Also, the delivery guys were very polite and respectful of our house. Only five star review review.

Such a great experience. From purchasing and than receiving. The managers were great and so knowledgeable. The delivery guys were the best. They took my old frame and were very careful not to damage any thing plus the floors. I'm so happy. U

Steve & Graham gave us good information & service. We excercised our option to trade in the mattress we initially purchased and it all went seamlessly! The delivery has been great.

Graham did a great job. You should give him a raise. He was really helpful to an old man with a lot of health issues. You guys are the best. Thanks again!
