Iliana was amazing. Right off the bat, she greeted us with such a contagious positive attitude. She was honest and informative about the beds, and gave great explanations about the differences between the brands and specific models. She was very patient, never rushed us, and allowed us to comfortably try the beds we were interested in. She was also very personable and made the whole experience enjoyable. I’m really glad we met Iliana, she provided outstanding customer service.

I went to Mattress Firm when my husband and I realized my post-menopausal insomnia was disturbing his sleep too! I went in, spent about an hour checking out almost every mattress in the place, and found a reasonably priced, nicely comfy mattress style! A good balance between comfort and price, and they delivered them the next day! The gentleman who helped me was very helpful and friendly, and very patient with the time I took to make a decision. I will not hesitate to return if I ever need another bed.

I went in with my two off the wall toddlers, hoping to have the world’s quickest visit before the inevitable meltdowns. Well, I was so happy to find that a quick visit wasn’t necessary and the meltdowns didn’t come until we left. Ray handled my kids with the ease of a pro and really took his time helping me find the right mattress for me. I truly appreciate the ease of this experience. I can’t speak on the mattress yet, but the customer care was excellent!

Mattress firm has good prices and fast and timely delivery. We especially appreciated being able to work with them for our son’s move to Milwaukee. The bed was delivered to his new apartment on move in day. As they said it would be. A recent exchange was professionally handled with the customer’s experience in the forefront.
