Howard was absolutely amazing from start to finish. My husband and I came into Mattress Firm overwhelmed with all the options and unsure of what would be best for us, especially with comfort, support, and staying within our budget in mind. Howard made the entire experience easy, stress-free, and honestly enjoyable.
He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right mattress instead of just making a sale. He took the time to explain the differences between mattresses, listened to our concerns about comfort and back support, and helped guide us toward the perfect fit for both of us. We never felt pressured at any point.

Lynn at Mattress Firm in Oceanside NY made the entire mattress buying experience incredibly easy and stress-free. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured. What really stood out was her ability to help coordinate a purchase for delivery in another state, which made the process seamless and convenient for us. Immediately upon walking in the store we were graciously greeted by Dean. Without having to lay down on every single mattress to find comfort, Dean asked a few questions then pointed us in the right direction of what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the firmness and capability of each bed. He was able to verbalize it in detail as well as show us comparisons. After a couple of testing and comparing, we made a decision. Thank you Dean for your patience and expertise.

Lynn at MattressFirm in Oceanside was a pleasure to work with. She listened to our needs and price range and helped us find a mattress which came with a trial period. Unfortunately after 2.5 months it wasn’t working for us so we went back to exchange. There was absolutely no problem and we found another that seems it will work for us.
