Mattress Firm Rockville Centre

Professional and competent service and product. Second time I've purchased mattresses from this store and have been very satisfied both times. Salesmen and the delivery people are fine representatives of the company. When even the delivery people thank you for your patronage at Mattress Firm, you know you are dealing with a company where all the employees feel vested in the success of the company. I was favorably impressed.

As usual we are very pleased with our purchase from this mattress firm. The quality seems to be excellent. Our salesman Chris was very helpful and took care of all of our needs. Their prices are also very fair. I highly recommend this store!

Come well researched before you come here. If I hadn’t done my research, I would’ve been scammed out of additional money and no 30 day trial. Came in for a Purple pillow, tried it and liked how it felt. Decided to buy it. Sanjay the sales person put the order in, and when I asked if there was a 30 day trial period, he stated “no, all pillows are final sale.” I informed him that the Purple website gives 30 day trial period, so I’ll just buy it from them then. He then changed his tune and said “oh, no we’ll match what Purple says”. Next came the price. He said it would be $227 with tax. I said Purple website it’s $188 plus tax, so I’m not paying more than that. He said they’ll match whatever Purple website says so I paid $204 out of the door. What upsets me is the lack of disclosure up front that they will match whatever price and trial period I have found elsewhere. Had I not come in well educated I would have been out of $227 and had no trial period. I would have been none the wiser. The kicker is Sanjay said he just started 2 weeks ago, and now I find out in the review section that he helped someone else a month ago. Honesty is not the best policy in this particular store. I will not be returning to buy anything here.

Stopped into Mattress Firm today to buy a new Queen size mattress. Sanjay Sura the Store Manager was super helpful and knowledgeable. 20 minutes later we walked out with a new mattress. They have a giant selection to sample and we found a new mattress they will make us very happy.

Chris was amazing! We were in and out in 20minutes and are so excited for our new Beauty Rest. Amazing service, excellent expertise, and an efficient experience. Would absolutely recommend coming here for your mattress needs.
