Mattress Firm Valley Stream

We had an outstanding experience at Mattress Firm(Valley Stream) thanks to Gary Levin ! From the moment my wife and I walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right mattress — not just making a sale. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, explained the differences between options in a way that was easy to understand, and helped us find an amazing mattress that fit both our comfort needs and our budget. What really stood out was Gary’s patience and honesty. He never pressured us and made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service so naturally. If you’re looking for a great mattress at a fair price, definitely ask for Gary. He made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Highly recommend!

This was my first shopping experience for buying a mattress. My significant other and I were nervous coming in but we were just welcomed into the store by an agent (I did not catch his name). They were truly so friendly and enthusiastic about selling mattresses and I genuinely, greatly appreciate that. They were just so patient with us and we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. They were able to get us same day delivery and spent the time to make sure the mattress and we were taken care of. We definitely chose to perfect mattress for us. If mattresses did not last so long, we would come again. 😭

It has been quite some time since I’ve stepped into any store and received the level of high quality service as I did when I walked into Mattress Firm @ Valley Stream. Our family had the pleasure of working with Kendrick. He was extremely knowledgeable, welcomed our family and explained all of the details of the mattresses we were considering. His service made the difference as my husband and I walked out the store happy and excited to welcome home our new mattress. Service delivery was as fast as the next day! We are very happy with our purchase. Head to this location if you’re searching for your best sleep yet.
