Went in to see bed options as badly in need of matress. Mark was very helpful and patient with us as we walked through and tried different beds he listened asked questions and let us decide for ourselves. He wasnt pushy was awesome to work with we picked our bed and will have delivered soon. Looking forward to a great night sleep soon😁
View on GoogleThe store experience was fine. They text to say delivery team was on the way. They never even rang the bell….just left the box spring in the driveway by the garage door! How hard is it to ring a doorbell so we could immediately bring it in the house and avoid the elements.
View on GoogleI came to look at a mattress that they didn't have in stock at the Belton location. As I recall I was offered a quote with tax included and everything so I could see the grand total. I said sure. Well Tony was apparently marking his territory and claiming any future purchases from me no matter what mattress firm I went to. He put we worked together twice in the system- we didn't. I've been researching this mattress for a year. So I go back to buy the mattress a few weeks later- I would of went to belton (closer to home) but I wouldn't have made it before close from work, so I stopped here again. Mark was there to greet me and happy to help even though I was 10 min before close. I wanted all commission to go to Mark as he was truly helpful and actually making the sale- since Tony had already marked it this way in the system, best we could do was 50/50 split. 5 stars all around but no stars for some shady stuff.
View on GoogleI just wrote a bad review about the location on 119th and Metcalf. THIS location is excellent! Tony, I think that's his name was very professional and helpful! Me and my husband got our new bed on Wednesday. We even got a free adjustable bed frame.
View on GoogleHad the best experience today looking at twin bed mattresses for a trundle bed. Met Mark and he was so easy going, knowledgeable, nice and so helpful. Highly recommended
