Mattress Firm Phillipsburg

This was an amazing experience buying a mattress. The first time we went in to inquire about mattress prices and get more information on them we spoke with LaTosha. She was amazing very knowledgeable. They must Go through extensive training, which is phenomenal. She had answers to every single one of our questions. She even told us the best times to get the best deals, which is amazing. When we decided to go back and actually purchase the mattress, We were Informed that LaTosha was no longer with the company ☹️. But that was OK because we dealt with the manager his name is Timothy. He was also very amazing. This is by far the best place to go when you are in need of a new Mattress. Especially since there are so many choices right in the Phillipsburg area. It was an easy process to apply for financing and also very fast delivery and they remove the old bed and frame. I am beyond excited to receive my new bed. If I could give them more than five stars, I would.

Christianna helped me to find a new mattress and the right adjustable bed for me. She was wonderful! Really helped me to see all options and choose something I know I will love. So happy I went in person instead of just doing it online

This process was very easy. I was treated with respect and professionalism. The salesperson Tim was very helpful. I tried a few different mattresses and found the perfect fit for me. I’m looking forward to the delivery of my new mattress and getting a good nights sleep. I would recommend this store in Phillipsburg, NJ to anyone looking for the perfect mattress.

I had an outstanding experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Brandon Sanchez. From the moment i walked in, Brandon was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He didn't "sell" me... He educated me. He asked the right questions, listened carefully to what i actually needed, and then guided me to the best option with clarity and confidence. What stood out the most was Brandon's attention to detail and the way he treated my purchase like it truly mattered. He combined his personal expertise with Mattress Firm's Mattress matcher tool to dial in exactly what i needed-- factoring in my sleep position, comfort preferences, and support needs. The process felt personalized and intentional, and it was obvious he knew how to interpret the results and translate them into the perfect recommendation. I walked away feeling like the bed was chosen for me, not just picked off the floor. He explained comfort, support, durability, and value in a way that made the decision easy and stress-free. I left feeling confident, taken care of, and genuinely grateful i worked with him. Mattress firm is lucky to have Brandon -- He represents the brand at the highest level. If leadership is looking for someone who consistently delivers excellence, Brandon is absolutely that person!
