Ashley Store

We had a wonderful experience furniture shopping at Ashley Furniture. Our salesman, Mike, was great — very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. The manager, Ashley, also came over to assist us because she remembered us from when we purchased furniture there a couple of years ago, which made the experience feel very personal. We also shared that some furniture we bought previously did not hold up well. Ashley was honest and explained that particular line had been discontinued because of issues with it. Since our furniture is less than two years old, she suggested we contact the warranty department because they may be able to repair or replace it. We really appreciated the excellent customer service and the willingness to help. It was truly a pleasure furniture shopping there!

Highly recommend! Make sure you ask for Cholly! Extremely informative, incredibly friendly and no pressure to buy! Truly made the experience enjoyable and pleasant! Would go back just to see him! Thanks for everything, Cholly! We love our new mattress!

Staff was friendly and helpful. We were approached by Ashley when we initially walked in. We informed her what we were looking for and she directed us into the right direction. She allowed us to shop without hovering. She provided helpful information when we were narrowing down our choice. We left with a purchase.

Cholly was very helpful, polite & courteous. Took me directly to floor model display of interested item & was able to complete my order within minutes. Very efficient service, not to mention 6 months interest free.

Cholly was great! He made sure we had everything we wanted and was very informative on every piece of furniture. Everything was in stock and we got a great price for everything! Shipping was quick too!!
