Mattress Firm Bridgewater Towne Centre

I was helped by Cyndi during my visit. She was great! She was able to answer all my questions, and helped me find a mattress that I loved, within my price range. Also, the other sales person there, her name was Lama, also helped out with someone suggestions as well. Thanks to their expertise, I, again, found a mattress i love, at a price i could afford, and the whole transaction was quick and easy. Since I don't like having to spend a ton of time in stores, waiting to make a purchase, their timeliness was a big plus for me. Overall, both Cyndi & Lama were wonderful, and i will absolutely tell anyone I know, who is looking for a mattress, t o go to your Bridgewater store to see them. They made getting a new mattress a surprisingly enjoyable experience, rather than making it feel like a chore. Great job again to Cyndi & Lama..

I’ve been shopping around all week trying to find the right fit. I’ve gone to multiple mattress stores feeling out different options. And every time I was left, wondering what the right decision would be. I went down to mattress firm in Bridgewater and spoke to a woman named Lama. We must’ve spent two hours in there just talking with her because she was such a kind, sweet soul. She made sure that I got the best deal I possibly could and ended up Getting a beautiful Posturepedic with a pillow top. She went through almost every mattress in the store with me. She was adamant that she would find me the right fit while saving me a ton of money in the process. She did exactly that. I’ll never by a mattress from any other place or from any other person for that matter. Looking forward to spending the next 10-20 years on this mattress. If you gave me the option now to buy a mattress from someone else or to sleep on the floor. I’d sleep on the floor.

Jessica was amazing from start to finish. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process really easy and stress free. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident in my decision without ever feeling rushed or pressured. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and wants them to leave happy. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend asking for Jessica if you go in!

Brandon was a great salesperson. He was knowledgeable, patient, answered all our questions, showed us brands and models to consider and showed us all the features too. We felt he was truly invested in helping us find the best mattress for our needs and appreciate his expertise. Within 24 hours I was enjoying the perfect bed at home. Thank you!

Best customer service I have ever experienced. Charley is so informative and easy going makes you feel so at ease never rushed is just a wealth of knowledge! He walked me thru the entire process as my first time purchasing mattresses I had no idea how much research goes in. He thouroughly explained every annoying question I had. He followed up did excstjy what he said he was going to do! A mix up occurred and he and his colleague Alex quickly and painlessly collarborated with such precision to rectify. I couldn’t be more happy! Lifelong customers way to go Charley! You can rest your head on him!
