Mattress Firm Plaza Pacifica - San Clemente

Amazing experience from start to finish — ask for Christal! My wife and I stopped into Mattress Firm after Memorial Day with no real plan to buy — we were just walking by and wanted to get some ideas for our spare bedroom. Christal greeted us warmly and took the time to really listen to what we were looking for. She walked us through several options and we were genuinely amazed at how much mattress technology has advanced since our last purchase. What stood out most was the zero-pressure atmosphere. There was no hard selling whatsoever — just honest, knowledgeable guidance from someone who clearly enjoys helping people find the right fit. I'll be the first to admit, I had been doing yard work all morning and walked in looking pretty rough, but Christal didn't bat an eye. She treated us with the same respect and attention she'd give anyone, and that says a lot about her character. We ended up purchasing a new bed and mattress that same day — something we definitely didn't expect! We did have a few minor hiccups with delivery, but that was entirely due to the additional access restrictions on Camp Pendleton and absolutely no fault of Mattress Firm. Christal kept us in the loop with great communication throughout the process, and the delivery team was professional and friendly. From the showroom floor to our front door, the entire experience was top-notch. If you're in the market for a mattress, do yourself a favor and ask for Christal — you won't be disappointed!

I really enjoyed my time in this Mattress Firm! Our salesman was Jose, he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! Even knowing we won’t planning on buying a mattress that day he showed us all the different types and even laughed with us at some points. He really game us the VIP treatment! It’s easy to tell his very committed to his job! Overall great employee and amazing service!

Ray was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful. Found something high-quality that was affordable. He carried it out in a timely fashion. We were very impressed and appreciated how Ray took care of us and it was not a lot of hassle. Trouble free. Thank you for helping us find what we needed.

Ray at Mission Viejo and San Clemente branches made the mattress buying experience relaxing rather than stressful. My partner and I wanted different kind of mattress and ended up exchanging two times! Ray was very helpful and made us feel comfortable and made the process smooth. Thank you Ray!

We had a great experience at the Mattress Firm in San Clemente. We were in need of a twin mattress same day, and Chrystal was especially helpful in finding us exactly what we needed. While the specific store did not have the exact mattress in stock, Chrystal was able to find what we needed from their warehouse in Irvine for same day pickup. Excellent customer service!
