Mattress Firm Irvine Crossroads

We had a great experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Sheila! She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process of purchasing our mattress and base. She took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us find the best option for our needs without any pressure. Her excellent customer service made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend both Mattress Firm and Sheila to anyone looking for a new mattress. Thank you, Sheila!

Dean at Mattress Firm was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to help my family choose the perfect mattress and thoroughly educated us on each mattress and its benefits without making us feel pressured. He was patient, professional, and made the experience much easier and more comfortable for us. We really appreciated his honesty and customer service. Highly recommend asking for Dean if you’re shopping for a mattress!

Jonathan was very professional and gave me no pressure to purchase during visit. I picked one of his recommended mattresses and he gave me a great deal. Thank you Jonathan! Looking forward to trying it out at home!

I visited Irvine Mattress Firm to buy a new mattress. Jonathan greeted us from the front door and explained each mattress one by one. He has a lot of professional knowledge and was very kind. We tested medium, firm, and extra firm mattresses and looked around for about an hour. Jonathan kindly explained everything well throughout, and we ended up placing an order at the store. Actually, we planned to just look and order online, but Jonathan was so friendly and even price-matched for us. Everyone at the store was kind and gave us gifts too—it’s a great store I recommend to everyone. Thank you, Jonathan.

Johnason is super professional, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I would highly recommend this store!
