Mattress Firm Ocean Ranch

My experience at Mattress Firm was very disappointing. I specifically made it clear that I needed a mattress available for same-day pickup, and the sales representative assured me it was in stock and ready at the warehouse location. However, after driving there, I was told the mattress was actually not available for same-day pickup as promised. Because of the mistake, my only option was to drive an additional 35 minutes to another location, which was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I ultimately decided to cancel my order altogether because the process wasted both my time and gas. I hope Mattress Firm improves communication and properly trains sales representatives to accurately check inventory and pickup availability, especially when customers clearly express urgent same-day needs. I would hate for other customers to go through the same frustrating experience.

Myra helped us out today. We need a bed for company arriving at the end of the month. She offered us many options, suggestions and we found one that we liked. I honestly don’t know how people buy a mattress online. You need to go in person! Ask for Myra because she will help you out.

Enrique was knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. He really took his time to understand my needs and provided thoughtful information and recommendations that felt tailored specifically to me. I did not feel rushed, which made the experience even better. The location is convenient, and they have a great selection of mattresses to choose from. Overall, a very positive and smooth shopping experience!

I came in today and ended up leaving with the Nectar mattress! Mayra helped me out, and she showed me a bunch of different brands and stayed within my price range. She really knew her stuff, and she ended up selling me on a great mattress that was actually at a super good deal! Mayra’s customer service was great and she helped me get the right fit at a good price! (Originally $1,499 mattress, I got it for $999 since it was an opened box one) I’d definitely come back here for another mattress if I needed one!

We enjoyed working with Myra, manager at the Ocean Ranch Mattress Firm store in Laguna Niguel. She is knowledgeable about Mattress Firm products and very patient and professional in her manner of working with us. In any showroom environment, test driving a car or laying on a mattress for a few minutes customers need honest help in making decisions. Myra is that person! She really sought our satisfaction in the product, pricing and next day delivery. Thank you Myra and Mattress Firm for a wonderful experience!
