Mattress Firm Kaleidoscope

Jose was so kind and patient, making sure we understood all of our options and tried every mattress in the store. He was knowledgeable and willing to spend as much time as was needed to make sure we were fully comfortable with the purchase. We will be coming back for our next mattress in the future as long as Jose is still here!

We had a great experience with Ray at the store in Santa Ana. Knowledgeable and patient. The delivery was on time and thorough. The only thing that seemed to slip through the cracks is that we were supposed get brackets to attach base to headboard and the brackets didn’t come with the base. All in all positive.

We had visited a different mattress store the day before which had left a pretty bad taste in our mouths. The salesperson never asked for our budget, immediately took us to the most expensive mattresses, was hesitant to show us other brands, continuously tried to sell accessories, tried to pressure us into buying quickly to not miss any President's Day deals, and kept using the massage/vibrate feature on every mattress we tried (even after telling her we weren't buying a new base). We were even thinking about just ordering online as we pulled up to the Mattress Firm Outlet. When we stepped into the Mattress Firm, Jose came up to greet us. He asked us if there was anything in particular we were looking for and we told him the things we liked from the first store - basically medium and hybrid. He was very receptive to what we told him and showed us every medium hybrid, as well as the traditional and memory foams in case those were things we liked. He had also asked for our budget. He showed us every model in the store, from high end all the way down to the outlet mattresses. Although there weren't as many brands as the first place we visited, it's not that important if the salesperson doesn't want to show them to us. That said, Mattress Firm does carry a bunch of models from the brands they do carry and we were glad we got to try them all. Once we had tried all the mattresses Jose offered to give us time alone to go around the store and try whatever we wanted again. We eventually decided to purchase a mattress. Jose found an unmarked discount for medium (since they only had plush and firm in store) so we were pleasantly surprised. We weren't looking for a new base, but since the adjustable base was free, there was no reason not to get it. As we were checking out, we really appreciated him not being overly aggressive with selling accessories or extended warranties, etc. Overall, the trying and buying process here was very easy and we would definitely recommend this store and Jose to help you out.

Christal has been great. Very low pressure and great customer satisfaction. Our delivery was delivered to the wring address, but she got on it and git it fixed. Will work with her again.
