Mattress King

We had an amazing experience at Mattress King in Rogers, Arkansas, and it was all thanks to Jackie. From the moment we walked in, she was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy at all. She took the time to answer every question we had and genuinely listened to what we were looking for. I told Jackie upfront that we planned to shop around and might be back and she was completely supportive. After visiting four other mattress stores, which turned out to be a huge mistake, we found ourselves right back at Mattress King with Jackie. The difference in service was night and day. Jackie truly went above and beyond to make this the best mattress buying experience we could have asked for. You can tell she genuinely loves her job and cares about her customers, not just making a sale. Because of her, we felt confident, comfortable, and excited about our purchase. If you’re looking for a mattress and want a stress-free, honest experience, go see Jackie at Mattress King in Rogers. You won’t regret it.

Called and looking for a mattress to take home same day. Spoke with a lovely older lady working the store and she told us she could help us out. We picked a mattress out within 10 minutes, and she even took -$200 off AND got us someone to drive out the the ware house where we could pick up same day, despite the warehouse being closed (we were seriously in a pinch). Incredible experience and service! Will shop with them again for sure.

While at the Roger's store, Billie / Jackie helped us out. What a wonderful person. She showed us 6 different beds and told us pricing, firmness, and her personal opinion about each bed. We told her our preferences when we met and she took this into consideration while viewing the inventory. We purchased a nice bed after trying them all out. Jackie was such a pleasure to work and do business with. We look forward to working with this company again in the future. 10/10 Highly Recommend!

I recently called Mattress King in Rogers with a ton of questions about different mattresses and bases, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Mark. He was incredibly patient and thorough, talking me through all the options and addressing every concern I had. Although we aren't ready to make a purchase just yet, Mark's exceptional help and kindness have assured me that when the time comes, he will definitely be the person we go to. Highly recommend reaching out to Mark for any mattress needs!

Went to the Rogers store ... Jackie was there to help, she did a fabulous job by explaining everything in detail, gave alot of useful tips and helped us find the best suitable mattress for us. She managed the next day delivery and gave us a good discount as well. I totally recommend the store and happy with the staff and services.
