Mattress Firm Watauga Crossing

Went in on Sunday an hour (ish) before close. Erick was friendly, asked what we preferred and wanted. Showed us above and below price ranges to see what felt right with us, like firm level, softness, bouncing, and all that comes with mattress. I think it was a pretty fast sale and wasn't pushy nor just wanted a sale. He met our wants and wasn't afraid to show us the cheaper/ more expensive mattress so we could get one that worked with both me and my wife.

Michael Duran Wagoner was amazing! He was very friendly, knew the products, worked to get us the best deal. Furthermore, he treated us with respect even as lesbian couple discussing both of our needs, as well as who would be responsible for the finances - whether both of us on the account or just one. Eric, the manager was also very friendly and helpful. Our overall experience with buying a mattress was fantastic! This is the store you want to shop at! And ask for Michael, you won't regret it!

My husband and I are shopping for a new king mattress. We currently have a Sterns and Foster and love it. Chad was so helpful and showing us a different options of mattresses. He had great customer service. Very friendly and very helpful. We like this store.

We had an excellent experience at Mattress Firm in Watauga thanks to Matthew. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and worked with us to find a mattress and box spring that fit our budget. What initially felt out of reach (for our little girls birthday gift) became possible because he truly took the time to help us. We left feeling very satisfied and grateful. We would absolutely recommend this store and especially Matthew to anyone looking for a great mattress buying experience. Thank you Matt!

Chad and the team at Mattress Firm are excellent to customers and sell great products. We had just purchased a full size bunk bed with a trundle and suddenly needed to buy 2 full sized mattresses and were looking in FB Marketplace, but weren’t finding much so I found the closest Mattress Firm and used their Text Message service to see what they could do. I simply asked “How much for the 2 cheapest full sized mattresses?” And Chad quickly replied and gave me an AMAZING DEAL. He literally gave me two mattresses that normally go for $350 a piece for $400 TOTAL. In the intervening few hours before I arrived, someone bought one of the two mattresses he’d promised me—so, to live up to his promise, Chad gave me an even better quality full size mattress in its place (equal to 75% off, e.g., I paid $200 for a mattress that retails at 200/0.25= $800 ). Love that place and the sales staff! Thanks again!
