Living Spaces

So far so good. Went in store and took our time figuring out what we wanted for our new home. Margarita was very friendly and helpful. We made a choice and checkout was a breeze. Looking forward to our new couch. Much creamier in person with warm undertones, not a stark white, which I love!

For the most part, the sales folks leave you alone so that you can wander around and enjoy your time there. My favorite aspect of it is go to the bar, get you your $2 adult beverage and then take your time walking around to see how the furniture would look in your house, an associate is always available to help if you have questions.

No commission, no pushy sales people and we got to walk around the showroom. Sitting on couches, chairs, we enjoyed our time and ended up purchasing two chairs and recliner set the same day! Prices are so much better than Ashley's and Rooms to go! This will by my go to place.

Jeremy was outstanding. He assisted us in an area that was not in his department close to closing time. He answered all the questions we had about the furniture we were interested in. Just an all around fantastic experience without the sales pitch. He made the conversation personable and made us feel comfortable. Props. Will definitely return in the future.

Be prepared to wait! Ordered a sofa with a delivery date close to a month out. Kind of ridiculous but we liked it so decided it's worth the wait. I received two emails three days out from the expected delivery date. One saying it was delayed and one saying it was on time. It was only after contacting customer service I found out it would be delivered two weeks later. Not a happy customer!!
