Sleep Number

My first visit to this Sleep Number store was to return a product that I ordered online. As I walked into the store, my first thoughts were what a clean and pleasant shopping atmosphere it is. Josh, the store manager was very pleasant and personable. He made me feel like a valued customer. The return process went smoothly. He introduced me to a different product that would work better for me. This store is clearly well maintained with a great manager at the helm. In my opinion, he is an asset to this company.

Incredible service, Trang was so friendly and willing to answer all of our questions with no pressure whatsoever. She even went out of her way to catch certain things I said during our conversation to quickly inform us about the tax break we could receive from a submitted Dr's note.... Just want to say Thank You Trang for making this a very very enjoyable experience. Highly recommended indeed!!!!

This review has nothing to do with store manager but everything to do with the actual company itself (HQ) Ordered a bed, wrong bed arrived. Mediocre 3rd party contractor shows up to install what we thought was a cal king (because that’s all we’ve owned) and they brought a king. During the process these guys tried to set up out bed into our existing cal king frame. When it started to not fit, they said I had to start cutting the inside more to make it fit. They said this happens a lot. After several attempts they asked me for a measuring tape (shouldn’t they have one) to measure the bed. They said we need a couple more inches so keep cutting. My wife walks in and asks if it’s a cal king mattress and they said no it’s a king…. Whoops! So now I have a destroyed unusable bed frame that was over $5000! We made some calls and were assured we would be contacted but nothing yet. We called customer service but had to deal with rude employees and were hung up. Went in store and manager emailed and called someone and still nothing and it’s bees 2 weeks almost. So now we have the right be with zero frame that is irreplaceable. They use a 3rd party company with zero skills as they don’t even have a tape measure. They should be trained to measure and verify but they are not. This company has zero care about the customer! I mean not even a call from anyone at the Minnesota HQ. Manager reached out and said he messaged them again and still nothing. They don’t even respect or take their management seriously. So stay away because they don’t care about their customers!

I want to say thank you to Trang Vu. She was amazing and made my decision very easy! She answered all my questions, very professional and even gave me options on certain things that some people might try to maybe force an up sale just to make more $, but she did not. You have a great employee in Miss Vu. Thank you Dustin

Sales associates are great beyond that though calling in for support, looking up details doesn’t show specific results for specific style of bed. Always want money to do anything over priced and horrible customer service through website. Just to move bed and put back together is 250 each time. Update as of 7-16-25 I called the number provided and spoke with Rep#40 that tried to say oh things don’t have to be dismantled to move even though she didn’t understand the situation and people helping to move it couldn’t do it the way a pro would and causing to have a hard time to moving it, yet again can’t afford to pay and have it moved as it had to go in storage while in the hospital for 5 months. Now being told need to contact a different department which keeps happening and some don’t understand the situation when trying to explain what is needed cause these beds are not easily for an average person to move. Been trying to get this taken care of since may and keep getting the run around some don’t understand the situation and just plain rude.
