⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience at Mattress Firm! I purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress and took advantage of their 120-day trial period. After sleeping on it for a while, I realized it was softer than I preferred and decided to exchange it for a firmer model. Frank made the entire exchange process incredibly smooth and hassle-free. He was patient, helpful, and really took the time to ensure I found the right mattress for my needs. No pressure, just genuine customer service. The 120-day comfort guarantee gave me peace of mind to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed, and the exchange process was straightforward with Frank's help. I'll definitely be returning to this location for any future mattress purchases. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend asking for Frank if you visit this store!

The Salesman Frankie and delivery crew (Billy and Jose) were exceptionally nice to deal with. However the mattress they attempted to deliver was clearly damaged! To think that someone let that mattress leave the warehouse to be delivered to a customer is a slap in the face! I am handicaped and disabled and was eagerly expecting to sleep on a quality mattress. I can not tell you enough what an insult it is that someone would try to trick me into accepting such a poor product! Just a huge let down, so much time and energy spent in my condition to go out and make a purchase only to see that trash that was sent to me! Where is your ethics!?

We bought a mattress from the Riverhead location and once we received it, it was much softer than anticipated even though it was listed as firm. We waited about 45 days to see if we’d get used to it but it just wasn’t firm enough for our need (small child is sleeping on the mattress). We went back in and they accommodated an exchange. We found a mattress of equal value and they will be picking up the old mattress and delivering a new one within one day! The salesperson Frank was wonderful and the service was excellent. 100% would recommend using Mattress Firm.

We only buy our mattresses from Mattress Firm (formerly Sleepys) and Riverhead is our go-to store. I have always found the staff to be knowledgeable and patient. Today, Mark took the time to try two different leg lengths on the adjustable base to ensure that the buyer I brought in with mobility issues could get in and out of the bed. Great service, great price and quick delivery. No need to look anywhere else.

It was first time visiting mattress firm in Riverhead. My salesman Frank was extremely helpful. I gave him a brief explanation of what I wanted, and he proceeded to show me the mattresses he thought would fit my needs the most. And we went back-and-forth with a few of them and figured out which mattress and which adjustable bed and which pillow would work best for me. I spent about an hour in the store and felt satisfied that I had excellent service by a very knowledgeable salesman. I’m getting my new bed delivered tomorrow and hopefully I will be very happy with a good nights sleep. Thank you so much.
