Kat was very knowledgeable. She opened up sofa beds. She moved furniture around to show us how it would look she was very sweet and helpful and Tanya Who was her manager was also very helpful. She actually answered my text when I asked for cats hours earlier In the day I highly recommend Bobs we love them
