Sleep Number

Professional and knowledgeable manager. Helped find solutions for us. Very patient and spent time with us. Was a satisfying experience. In regard to solving our issues, manager exceeded our expectations. We would recommend this store to those seeking a good sleep mattress.

Christina was absolutely wonderful. A pleasure to speak to and super helpful. She took her time with us and allowed us to try every bed. She was patient and had a great sense of humor. I enjoyed our time together.

Jackie helped my husband and I pick out a new sleep number mattress. She was super helpful finding the right one. When we moved our old sleep number into my son’s room to make space for the new one we found mold inside it. I had reached out to Jackie to ask her how to go about cleaning it. She gave me the phone number for customer service and told me to call them and see what they can do for me since that is not something that usually happens. I called and after speaking with the claims department they are replacing all of the parts that had mold on them on my old bed which was out of warranty! I am grateful for all of Jackie’s help!

I had a wonderful in store experience. Both staff members at the Riverhead NY store are professional, courteous, and kind. We were greeted with care. Jackie took her time with us to answer our questions and showed us the various beds in store and explained the features. In the days when customer service is lacking, they shine like stars. She kept in contact with me to ensure what I purchased would meet my needs. We both have several medical issues and our purchase will have us sleeping much better than we are now. Plus we get 100 days trial..I am sure we will be happy satisfied customers with our purchase which will arrive in 1 week. Thank you Jackie for being excellent at what you do...

I recently purchased a Sleep Number bed in-store and had a great experience thanks to Christina. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through different options without any pressure. Christina explained everything clearly and helped us find the right fit for our comfort. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend working with her if you’re considering a Sleep Number bed.
