Mattress Firm Festival Plaza

Andre was so great to work with! We felt lucky that we walked in on a Sunday and had the opportunity to experience his exceptional customer service. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. He was also so wonderful with our three kids, which made the experience that much more enjoyable. We truly appreciated his help and would highly recommend working with Andre!

The Mattress Store is the place to go for the best selection of bedding! Margaret spent time listening to our needs. She suggested different styles and we tried each mattress. We learned about important construction details including that they are made in the USA. A local friendly family owned business since 1982 who are dedicated to making sure you have the best night sleep. Go see her yourself at the Chester Mattress Store and you will sleep great!

I had a great experience with the sales person. Erica spent alot of time understanding my sleep needs. While this is a spare bedroom need it is important due to some family health issues. The need for it to operate as a primary sleep location makes the purchase even more critical. She explained a number of options, discussed policies around returns, deliveries and warranties.p

We had a mixed experience with our mattress buying experience last fall. While we are happy with our product and had an okay experience in the store, we had a less than satisfactory experience with the sales rep, manager, and the financing promotion. The only reason we financed with mattress firm rather than paying out of pocket or using a personal credit card was because of the rebate offered to finance 24 months or lower. We were told “it’ll arrive in the mail” “nothing to do on your end”. We waited and waited and had back and forth texts with the sales rep for months wondering if there was more to do. He assured us we were all good and it should come as we qualified. Finally we tried to reach out to synchrony at first receiving no information to help us figure this out. Finally we decided to try again and we spoke with a helpful person from the bank who explained the process and that mattress firm was supposed to instruct us to complete a form and apply for the rebate. We then followed through with the steps to find out we “missed the window”. My husband went into the store to try and get answers from Raj, the manger, who pointed figures at everyone else and offered no apology or help in the matter. I tried to contact mattress firm and was told that the district manger would be calling me last week but never received a call. SO warning to all, make sure you get everything laid out in specifics and not just “you’re all good” when dealing with this store.

Erica was so much fun to work with. Knowledgeable and helpful, yet also gave us space to explore on our own. If you're shopping for a mattress, we were very pleased with our experience and highly recommend stopping by the Mattress Firm Festival Plaza location and working with Erica.
