Mattress Firm Santee West

Michele greeted me as I walked in and proceeded to walk me through every bit of information with each bed I wanted to try. Patient and incredibly knowledgeable. She even offered me an incentive-I took it ! With the excellent warranty, 4 month to sleep and love it or return it… I bought it. I have been looking quite awhile. Thank you very much Michelle for the positive experience and your delightful personality! You are an absolute asset to this company! Mahalo!

A year ago, my husband and I bought a Nectar mattress from Mattress Firm. Around the same time, we sold two houses, blended two families, moved, and basically turned our lives upside down. When we both started waking up with back and neck pain, we blamed stress, chaos, parenting, adulting... everything except the mattress. Fast forward a year. We recently spent time on a houseboat sleeping on mattresses that looked like they'd been thoroughly enjoyed by generations of vacationers. Oddly enough, we slept better than we had in months. That's when it hit us: maybe it wasn't the stress—it was the mattress! So back to Mattress Firm in Santee we went, where Michelle came to our rescue for the second time. She helped us when we originally purchased our mattress and once again was absolutely incredible. She is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and somehow makes mattress shopping feel fun instead of overwhelming. She listened to our concerns, answered all our questions, and helped us find a Sealy Firm Hybrid that we're hopeful will finally end our search for a good night's sleep. We haven't slept on the new mattress yet, but if it saves our backs and our marriage from another year of waking up feeling like we got hit by a truck, it'll be worth every penny. Thank you, Michelle, for your expertise, kindness, and for helping us realize that sometimes the mattress really is the problem!

Efren was great, very friendly but knowledgeable. Efren was low pressure sales and got us the right bed we were looking for. He understood our price range and took the time to get a great bed with everything we wanted. It was a much easier process than what I was expecting to honest.

I visited this mattress store on Friday, May 22nd, to purchase a mattress for my in-laws. Dacia, the salesperson, was incredibly exceptional! She went above and beyond to provide us with exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this location and Dacia for helping you choose the perfect mattress. We left the store feeling happy and confident in our purchase. We will definitely be recommending this place to our friends and family.

Everything went great. Darcia is very personable and explained everything about the different beds I was looking at. I will recomend Mattress Firm to my friends. Darcia is the best person I have ever worked with when purchasing a bed. Great Job!
