Mattress Firm Shoal Creek

Very satisfied with the experience at Shoal Creek Mattress Center. We went in looking for a firm twin mattress. We were greeted by Adam who showed us the choices available. He told us the pros of each one we looked at. After finding one we liked he checked us out . Delivery will be the next day. We strongly recommend checking out Shoal Creek if you're looking for a mattress and a good deals as well. Memorial weekend has some good choices.

Jeremiah was a great salesperson. He was knowledgeable about the mattress choices and directed us to mattresses that fit our needs. And his manager made sure we received a better deal than Nebraska Furniture Mart which is where we had originally planned to purchase our new mattress/base. Thank you.

Great customer service - Dennis asked what we were looking for and was able to help us find the right mattress for our needs without trying to sell us some thing we did not want. Quick and pleasant to work with giving us his full attention.

I had a great experience at this mattress store, and it was entirely because of the salesman who helped me. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about finding the right option for me — not just making a sale. I mentioned that the mattress I liked was outside my budget, and instead of pushing me, he went out of his way to check clearance inventory. Thanks to that extra effort, I was able to get a mattress I truly wanted at a price I could afford. That kind of customer service is rare and very appreciated!

Highly recommend. A repeat customer, most recently at the Shoal Creek store in Liberty. Our purchases have ranged from high end adjustable mattress & base, 2 sets of traditional mattresses & box springs, twin mattresses for bunk beds, to sheets and pillows. They have a variety of price points me have found the sales associates responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. If you are in the market for a new bed stop by and check them out.
