We were only researching the mattresses. We desperately needed a new one as our old one sunk on my wife's side. Scott was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. There's a 60% sale and base sale. It was perfect timing. Highly recommend a Sealy.

Timothy did such an awesome job helping me to find the perfect mattress for me! A week ago, I went in determined to only take a quick look at one of the many mattresses I was debating. I was honestly just overwhelmed at this point, and at a loss for what to pick. Rather than overwhelm me even more with endless sales pitches, Timothy just calmly chatted with me about what I needed in a mattress and, with lots of kindness & patience, walked me through a few options starting with the one I actually came to see. I went from a “quick look” to leaving with a new bed I was actually excited about. Fantastic staff and a great experience from start to finish!

Went to this Mattress Firm today ready to buy a mattress and had one of the most uncomfortable sales experiences I’ve had in a while. Pete was friendly, but the interaction felt forced and overly rehearsed from start to finish. Instead of the simple interaction we attempted to have, he launched into long salesman tangents about iPhones, how often people replace them, how expensive they are, why mattresses are worth the investment. I understand what he was trying to get at, but the logic was incredibly flawed and didn’t answer my direct questions at all. It genuinely felt less like mattress shopping and more like be trapped in a networking seminar. I understand upselling and explaining product quality. But there’s a line where it starts feeling manipulative and uncomfortable instead of helpful in any way. My mom and I seriously considered leaving and buying the same mattress elsewhere to avoid continuing the interaction. The store was nice, they have good prices. Pete wasn’t rude at all, but the entire experience felt pushy, performative, and exhausting for what should have been a simple purchase.

Huge thanks to Tim for making my mattress search seamless. He was incredible! I’m so grateful for his help in finding the perfect mattress at a great price. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed to make a confident decision.

Scott Autry is great!! He helped me find the perfect bed just for me. It was a fun experience and he made sure I knew all the details about warranties and deliveries before I left. Great experience!!
