Factory Mattress

We decided to use Factory Mattress for their great prices, and we were so happy with the mattress we found! The store was clean and we loved the sanitary head protectors that each customer gets. Last but not least: Mark was phenomenal and helped us every step of the way! He took the time to educate us on how to get the best night sleep with the best mattress for our body types, all with a hospitality like no other. I would recommend Mark to anyone, he was awesome!

Had a great experience at Factory Mattress. We worked with Rene Jackson and he was lights out. He was patient, took his time testing us for the right mattress. Once the fit was there, it was an easy buy. As a side note, he was able to price match or extend savings on pillows, mattress, and delivery. Overall, excellent service and experience.
