Mattress Firm Shops at Moore

I’m giving this review a 3 because so far we are pleased with the entrees but the sheets are horrible. We purchased a TEMPUR-LuxBreeze Medium Hybrid 13” Matress King Prime during the 2026 Memorial Day sale, sale price of $6099!! It’s only been a couple of weeks of sleeping on the Matress and so far it is fine. However, we received the Sleepy’s Deluxe Cool Stretch Sheet Set as part of a promotional gift when we purchased the mattress from Mattress Firm in Moore, Oklahoma. Even though the sheets were included with the purchase, I was still expecting a quality product that would complement such a significant investment. Unfortunately, they have been extremely disappointing. The sheets are very thin and feel cheaply made. The fabric is overly stretchy, which makes them difficult to keep properly fitted on the bed. Despite being labeled as king-size sheets, they are ridiculously oversized and do not fit my king mattress well at all. I expected bedding that would provide comfort and quality, especially as part of a premium mattress purchase. Instead, these sheets feel poorly designed and uncomfortable to use. The excessive stretch and oversized fit make them frustrating rather than enjoyable. While the store staff was courteous, the Sleepy’s Deluxe Cool Stretch Sheet Set did NOT meet our expectations in terms of quality, fit, or comfort. We bought our first Temper Pedic 12 years ago and received a very nice set of sheet which were bamboo fabric… they were incredible sheets! Matress Firm needs to remove these Sleepys cool stretch sheets from their promotion! Better yet, remove them from the store!

A great experience! We have never shopped at Mattress Firm but started there because of a friend’s recommendation. Our salesman was Bobby. He was outstanding! So very professional & knew in great depth, information about each type of mattress & the bases. He listened to us & assessed what our needs were. His approach was very clear & helpful. No pressure in any way. He had us try several of the Temperpedic styles. He showed us in great detail every feature & explained options. Very patient & clear answers on every question or concern we posed. We couldn’t be more impressed or happier with our experience. We purchased our mattress & base & are anxiously awaiting the delivery tomorrow. Annette & Wayne

The Mattress Clinic was fantastic. Roger was very knowledgeable. We came in with quite a few questions regarding massage chairs. If he didnt know the answer he found it. We will definitely be back for a mattress.

Sleep Expert James did a fantastic job assessing my mattress needs, listening to my medical issues, and suggesting the best mattresses for me to test out. He also did an amazing job explaining everything from the delivery process, return/exchange policy, financing, warranties, and provided an all around stressless and informative shopping experience. I highly recommend Mattress Firm. No gimmicks, no pressure, no tacking on extra hidden prices, and so easy to communicate with and feel comfortable with our choice!

Today is the 2nd time I’ve bought a mattress from this store and both experiences have been great. Both times the person assisting me never made me feel pressured and has been able to answer all my questions. Highly recommend coming here.
